Meeting Abstract of the Executive Board’s meeting 25/2020

The meeting was opened at 11:01 by the Chairman of the Board, Fanny Hindsberg.
The Executive Board made decisions in the following matters during the meeting:
- Hanken ES was approved a club grant
- HankSäbä was granted a club grant
- HankFutsal was granted a club grant
- Hanken Tennis Club was granted a club grant
- HankSki was granted a club grant
- Hanken Vinsällskap and START Helsinki were advised to review their applications of club grants in order to be approved
- Approved the SHS sustainability manual
Other matters discussed:
- Toukkari informed about updates to the SHS graphic manual
- Jägerroos informed about new application process for project and club grants, which is now in a google forms format on the SHS website
- The Executive Board has made a safety plan for event planning given the pandemic
- The Executive Board discussed how indoor events will be held within the coming two weeks, due to increased cases of the COVID-19 virus
- A SHS member has applied to the Board of Ekonomit for the 2020-2022 mandate period.
The meeting was ended at 11:15 by the Chairman of the Board.
