Would you like to be part of aTalent’s recruitment team? Are you excited to work in a consultative role where you can use your project management skills? We are now looking for a recruitment consultant for a one-year fixed-term family leave to join our team after the summer holidays in August!

What is the job of a Recruitment Consultant like at aTalent? The everyday life of a recruitment consultant consists of working with our client companies and job seekers. A typical working day includes, for example, consulting client companies, planning and managing recruitment processes and working with candidates. Your responsibilities will include the overall management of recruitment assignments ranging from defining the profile of the candidate to drafting the employment contract. In concrete terms, this includes defining clients’ talent needs, drafting job advertisements, screening applications, sourcing and contacting passive job seekers, conducting interviews, presenting potential candidates and coordinating the recruitment process.

The recruiter’s job is varied and fast-paced; we work with a variety of companies, so you’ll learn to take into account the specificities of both large companies and small start-ups, as well as the challenges and opportunities of modern recruitment. We recruit highly qualified professionals for a range of specialist and managerial positions in business, engineering and technology. Our work emphasises a proactive and consultative approach to both candidates and client companies. You will also get to participate and support sales in an expert role in solving customer needs. We therefore expect you to have a business focus and previous experience of working in a customer interface.

We will support your success in the role with a comprehensive induction, where you will be immersed in the different phases of recruitment consulting and work with experienced colleagues. We hope you’ll be driven by results, but our team also works hard together – maintaining and developing our skills through training, tackling challenging situations in the recruitment world together and constantly sharing best practices. aTalent’s recruitment team currently consists of 11 recruitment consultants, 4 recruitment coordinators and a recruitment manager.

Practicalities:

The post is full-time and fixed-term until the end of August 2025 (family leave replacement), with the possibility of extension after the fixed term. The post will start after the summer holidays in August. Our office is located on the top floor of the Autotalo in Kampi Autotalo, Helsinki, where there is always our team working together. We hope that you can occasionally come to the office, but you can also work remotely.

The total salary for the position is 3000-4200 €/month, consisting of a fixed base salary and a team commission.

We hope you have:

  • A relevant university degree (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
  • Previous experience working in a B2B client interface (e.g. consulting, project management)
  • An interest in recruitment and building a better working life.
  • Willingness to work agile with multiple concurrent processes and different stakeholders
  • A consultative way of working, a business-oriented mindset and the ability to deliver solutions in challenging situations
  • Fluency in Finnish and English

We count as an advantage:

  • Previous recruitment experience
  • An interest in engineering and technology recruitment
  • Sales experience with B2B or B2C audiences
