aTalent: Juli Living – Content Coordinator

Juli Living, an innovative rental housing operator, is looking for a Content Coordinator for a fixed-term 4-month project work in Helsinki. In this role, you will be able to influence the content of Juli Living’s online store to ensure that it is up-to-date and on brand, and that customers can find their dream home in the online store.
As a Content Coordinator, you will focus on managing Juli Living’s e-commerce content using the Contentful data management platform. The job description includes updating the text and image content and visual identity of the residential properties, as well as processing related data in Excel. You will also be responsible for updating customer and contract data. You will work closely with the Juli Living website data management specialist and the marketing and customer service teams. The role will suit someone who is organised, strong in written communication, has good teamwork skills and a curious attitude to learning new things.
he post will be of approximately four months’ duration and will, in principle, be a full-time temporary position, starting after the recruitment closes at the end of November or beginning of December. Part-time work is also possible. You will mainly work on-site at Juli Living’s office in central Helsinki, but remote days are also possible by arrangement. You are expected to have:
Suitable university studies, e.g. in business, communications or technology
Previous office work experience, for example from an internship
Interaction and project management skills, as well as an independent and systematic approach to work
Fluency in Finnish and good written and oral English
Good IT skills, including experience in MS Office software
It is also an advantage to have:
Experience with e-commerce content management information systems – Juli Living uses Contentful
