Are you looking for new challenges in B2B sales? Do you find motivation in helping clients advance their business? We’re seeking Account Managers for consultative sales roles to join our team starting in January 2025. This role covers both new customer acquisition and account management responsibilities.

What Is It Like Working In Sales At aTalent?
As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for building your own client portfolio from scratch. Your role spans the entire sales process: prospecting, scheduling meetings, actively engaging clients, and ensuring promises to clients are fulfilled. Successful Account Managers make 200-300 answered calls monthly and conduct over 30 client meetings. You’ll also collaborate with our experts to create recruitment and HR consulting solutions tailored to each client. Working with a wide range of businesses, from large corporations to startups, you’ll learn to address diverse business needs and opportunities.
To support your success, we offer comprehensive training in our sales process and opportunities to work closely with seasoned sales professionals. We regularly develop the sales team’s skills through training, collaborative meetings, and sharing best practices. Our sales team currently includes five Account Managers, a Senior Account Manager, two Key Account Managers, two Account Executives, a Sales Team Lead, and a Sales Director.
Practical Details:
The position is full-time and permanent, with a start date in January 2025 as agreed. Our office is located on the top floor of Autotalo in Kamppi, Helsinki, where you’ll often work alongside colleagues, with flexible remote work options.
The base salary is €2,000–3,000 per month, depending on the level of risk in your chosen pay model. Commission potential also varies with the aggressiveness of the pay model. In 2023, the median monthly earnings for sales staff were €4,663, with no cap on commission-based earnings. In peak months, our top performers have reached total monthly earnings exceeding €15,000.
