Suomen Säätiötilipalvelu, an accounting firm specializing in comprehensive financial management for foundations and investors, is now seeking a Financial Management Specialist to strengthen its team! As a Financial Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the diverse financial tasks of assigned investment company clients.
As a Financial Management Specialist, you will join a knowledgeable team of 13 professionals who encourage and support you in learning and taking on more responsibility as your skills develop. Your team includes controllers, financial experts, and a team leader. Your varied and diverse tasks will involve handling both external and internal accounting for your assigned client companies. Your workday will include tasks related to accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and the development of financial processes and systems. You will also have the opportunity to participate in various industry events and training sessions. Depending on your interests and skills, you may also have the chance to influence your job description.
You could be the Financial Management Specialist that Suomen Säätiötilipalvelu is looking for if you are interested in the accounting field and have already gained some previous work experience in similar financial management tasks, preferably for a couple of years. Since you will be working with various clients, we also expect you to have a service-oriented attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills, logical reasoning, and organizational skills. Expectations from the applicant:
- A relevant educational background or studies in the final stages of a commercial field.
- Previous work experience in similar tasks, preferably for a couple of years.
- Familiarity with financial management systems and Excel.
- Good Finnish and English language skills.
Additionally, the following are considered an advantage:
- Additional qualifications in financial management.
- Previous experience in an accounting firm and multi-client environment.
- Previous experience with Fennoa or Procountor.
- Proficiency in the Swedish language.
Practical Details:
In this permanent and full-time role, you will be employed directly by Suomen Säätiötilipalvelu. The desired start date is as soon as possible. The office of Suomen Säätiötilipalvelu is located on Annankatu in Helsinki, but remote work is possible after the onboarding period. The salary for this position ranges between €3,200 – €4,800 per month, depending on your experience. Your job title will also depend on your previous work experience.
