Are you looking for a springboard into the auditing field? OT Audit Oy is currently seeking an Audit Intern for Spring 2025 – could it be you?
Role Description:
As an audit intern, you will dive into the processes and tasks of auditing, supported by OT Audit’s experienced team. You’ll assist experts with tasks such as reviewing and analyzing financial statement materials. The audit clients come from various industries, with a primary focus on limited liability and housing companies.
This role is aimed primarily at recent graduates or students close to completing their studies. It is also suitable for career changers with a relevant educational background. In addition to relevant studies, we emphasize attitude and personality—you are motivated to learn more about auditing and aim to grow in responsible roles, making it natural for you to support colleagues and take initiative.

We Expect From You:
- Relevant university-level studies in financial management and business law
- Good proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, and technical aptitude for learning new programs; familiarity with financial management systems is a plus
- Self-directed, productive, and adaptable work approach with good stress tolerance
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in Finnish
- Previous experience in financial management is an advantage, particularly experience with financial statements
Practical Details:
Start Date: According to agreement, January-February 2025
Duration: Fixed-term, until Midsummer 2025
Working Hours: Full-time or part-time based on your situation. However, from March to May, a minimum availability of 3 days (22.5 hours) per week is expected
Location: Primarily based at the Arabiankatu office in Helsinki; partial remote work can be arranged
Salary: Approximately €14-16/hour, negotiable based on background
