Meeting abstract of the Executive Board’s meeting 9/2019

During the meeting the Executive board made decisions regarding the following matters:
– Repudiated the decision made in meeting 1/2019 regarding not renting out Casa to private persons
– Casa Nostra is admitted to exceptional permit to host a Zillis following the Herr&Dam sitz, Sunday 14.4.2019 until 4pm.
The Executive Board’s activities:
– Ingrid Bärlund has confirmed the dinner location for the Nordic Forum and has began to formulate the manual intended for clubs and kommittees
– Emilia Hattula will be launching the wellness questionnare on various social media platforms today (Monday 8.4)
– Nicoliina Massa has ordered the overall stickers for Walpurgis Night
– Andreas Lindén has been in contact with the City of Helsinki in regards to SHS own event on Walpurgis Night
– The Executive Board went and forehand voted in the Parliament elections last friday (5.4.2019)
