Meeting abstract of the Executive Board’s meeting 8/2019

The Executive Board made decisions in the following matters during the meeting:
– SHS will participate in FSF’s development work cooperation
– SHS will not participate in the climate strike by HYY due to late information
– SHS will join the ilmastoveivi2019 campaign
– The executive board will discuss renting Casa again during the next student council meeting
The Executive Board’s activities:
– The executive board has participated in the student council meeting in Vaasa (28.4.2019) and represented the student union during Pampas nationaldag and NHHS’s annual ball
– Andreas Lindén has participated in meetings with SSHV as well as Frank, worked on the lights at Casa and begun planning the first of May festivities
– Julius Tallqvist has participated in a directorate meeting and participated in going over the NCU-polls
– Emilia Hattula has represented at TF’s annual ball, participated in meetings with KY as well as Hanken regarding Nordic Forum and confirmed the Nordic Forum attendants
– Ellen Wulff has also represented at TF’s annual ball, participated in meetings together with TF and StudOrg and organised a general election debate (25.3.2019) together with them, she has also participated in a Kopo-live meeting and a meeting about social affairs
– Nicolina Massa has participated in Hanken Fashion Night, done an instagram takeover on @niordekonomföreningen during week 13 and sent out the SHS newsletter for April
– William Stjernberg has been responsible for the clothes for Hanken Fashion Night and discussed Nordic Forum together with NIB over some meetings
– Jerker Törnqvist has participated in the housing cooperatives meeting, worked on the lights at Casa and checked the surveillance cameras at the student union
– Ingrid Bärlund has represented at TF’s annual ball, organised a sewing event at the student union and begun planning the first of May festivities
Other matters:
– The secretary general, Kristiane Width informed the board about how the members of the student union can participate in the Finnish Red Cross campaign ’against racism’
