The meeting was opened at 10.15 by chairman Eriksson
Notification matters:
- The Curator Denis Strandell notified that the Casa Nova project is proceeding, and that he will discuss it with Hanken’s rector later today
- A successful Nordic Forum was co-organised with KY last week
The following matters were addressed at the meeting:
- Vacated seats as student representatives
- Vacated the seat as the Chair of the Central Electoral Committee
- Discussed rescheduling a meeting originally scheduled on May 1st
Activities of the Board

- Attended and co-hosted Nordic Forum with KY
- Hosted the Student Association at Stockholm School of Economics Board
- Traveled to Sweden with The Student Association at Stockholm School of Economics board
- Managed the Casa50 aftermath
Sofie Eriksson
- Had a meeting with representatives from AYY, HUS & TaiYo regarding May Day.
- Had a meeting with the presidents of SSHV and Merkantila klubben regarding a board gathering
- Participated in the 4/2024 student council meeting
- Participated in the Hanken management team meeting
- Supervised Herr & Dam
- Participated in the SHS support association board meeting
- Handled matters related to financial management
Victor Dahlberg
- Held inaugural meeting for the Education Committee board
- Advertised student representative positions
- Participated in the AoLQ meeting
- Prepared for the Major Subject Evening
- Prepared for the Education Committee meeting
Jonatan Stenberg
- Toasted a sitz at Nordic Forum
- Prepared for the Engage.EU trip to Bergen
Aliisa Lundén
- Had meeting with DEI committee
- Procured materials for Wine & Paint
- Planned Pride with StudOrg
- Marketed Wellbeing Week

Jesper Rajakangas
- Discussed cooperative and economic challenges compared with other Nordic organizations at the Nordic Forum.
