Suomen Hypoteekkiyhdistys or Hypo is now looking for a customer service-oriented Deposit Specialist to join its team and support the growth of its deposit business.
As a Deposit Specialist, you will be at the heart of Hypo’s deposit business, providing first-class service to Hypo’s personal customers. In particular, you will focus on deposit accounts, term deposits and ASP deposits. On a day-to-day basis, you will handle contacts via the online portal, have discussions with customers and arrange meetings to present Hypo’s range of deposit services. You will also be responsible for follow-up activities related to customer management, such as opening accounts. You will work as part of a team of three, as a close colleague of the two Deposit Managers, and also work closely with Hypo’s Back office team.
What we expect from you:
- Previous experience in customer service roles in the banking industry and an understanding of the overall deposit product landscape
- Active and proactive working attitude and above all a service-oriented attitude – you genuinely enjoy meeting different types of customers and working in a team
- Good interaction and communication skills in Finnish

Practical matters:
In this temporary (12 months), full-time position, you will be employed directly as an employee of the Finnish Mortgage Association. Please note that the job description and client meetings require regular presence at the Hypo House, but partial teleworking is also possible. The fixed monthly salary for the post will be negotiated on a candidate by candidate basis.
