Looking for new challenges in B2B sales? Are you motivated by driving customers’ business? We are looking for Account Managers in Consultative Sales to join our team after the summer holidays in August 2024. The role will cover both new account acquisition and account management tasks.

We are a company specialising in recruitment and HR consultancy and we have achieved a significant role in Finnish business over the years. Our services are suitable for all kinds of growth needs – whether it’s managing recruitment projects, attracting highly competitive talent or improving the employee experience.

What is sales like at aTalent? As an aTalent Account Manager, you will be responsible for building your own client portfolio from the ground up. This means that your job covers the entire sales process: prospecting customers, setting appointments, actively meeting with customers and ensuring that promises made to customers are fulfilled. Our successful Account Managers make between 200 and 300 missed calls per month and attend at least 30 client meetings. As a salesperson, you will also get involved in brainstorming different recruitment and HR consulting solutions for our clients, together with our other experts. We work with a wide variety of companies, which means that you will learn to take into account the specificities, challenges and opportunities of both large companies and small start-ups.

To support your success, we offer a comprehensive induction to the role, where you will get to know the different steps of the aTalent sales process and work with more experienced sales professionals. We continuously maintain the skills of the sales team, for example by organising training sessions, coaching meetings and actively sharing knowledge and best practices. The entire aTalent sales team currently consists of 4 Account Managers, a Senior Account Manager, 2 Key Account Managers, 2 Account Executives, a Sales Team Lead and a Sales Director.

The post is full-time and permanent. The post is full-time and permanent, starting after the summer holidays in August. Our offices are located on the top floor of the Autotalo in Kampi, Helsinki, where we always have our team working together. You also have the flexibility to work remotely.

The fixed basic salary for the position is 2000-3000 €/month depending on the risk category of the salary model. The personal commission rate also depends on the aggressiveness of the salary model. However, in 2023, the median total salary for salespeople was €4,663 per month. Neither performance-based model has a salary cap and in the best months, our most successful salespeople have reached total monthly earnings above €15,000.

  • A proven track record of achievement and results in B2B sales and a desire to succeed and continuously develop in sales
  • An ambitious, courageous and self-driven approach to work, business acumen and a good sense of social skills
  • University degree suitable for the role
  • Good interpersonal skills in Finnish and English
