The following matters were addressed at the meeting:
- The position of President of the Central Election Committee has been made vacant
- The whole executive board will represent at KY 111th annual ball
- Discussing the main subjects of the panel discussion held during the wellness week
Notification matters
- Holmberg reports that the wellness week has started
- Blomqvist reports that the executive board represented during Pampas week in Vasa. Blomqvist also reports that the recruitment of the committee of social affairs has opened.
Emilia Winqvist
- Held meetings with Kylli regarding the Nordic final of the business case competition
- Prepared offers and spaces for the case final events
- Meeting with KY and TF regarding alumni activities
- Emails regarding alumni activities with MK and others
- Meetings with Topias from KY
- Meeting with the Finnish Economists and with HEBS ry’s application to the Finnish Economists
- Planning meeting on Tradbörs
- Notifications about Tradbörs
- Practicalities of the Ukraine badge
- Matters related to financial statements and annual report
- Contact with stakeholders on various issues
- Contact with committees on questions
Ida Havunta
- Meetings: UPO, Hanken, the interest guardians, development of studies- meeting
- Meeting with Gekko
- Planned the Equis progress and the Major subject- evening for the first year students
- Supervised the Afterski party
- Daily UPO work
Anton Mattsson
- Meeting with KY about Alumni
- Ordered Ryggmärken
- Designed Social media material
- Updated the website and social media
- Fixed the website
Pippi Blomqvist
Meetings:
- Weekly meeting with the interest guards
- Meeting with SHVS
- Meeting with UniSport
- Planning meeting with Selma about SHS Pride and the weapon
- Planning of the Committee of Social Affairs and its marketing
- Coordination of guest blog posts and responding to emails
- Distribution of free menstrual protection to Hanken’s and Student Union’s toilets
- Setting up marketing for the SupportStudents’ services
- Creating an Instagram account to the sopo committee as well as creation and publication of marketing material
- Preparation and organization of the Paint & Mind event at Casa
- Contacting new candidates for the panel discussion
- Communication and marketing for Wellness Week’s program
- Participation in NU’s investment workshop
Jennifer Holmberg
- Supported Pippi in the work with the Wellness Week
- Reminded committee presidents about the SEHP-plan and gotten in the last ones
- Sent feedback and tips and tricks regarding the SEHP-plans
- Dealt with the material for the next HOAS board meeting
William Sundell
- Held an interesting and successful investment discussion during the Wellness Week
- Held a successful excursion to Wärtsilä
- Started recruiting more members to the Business Committee
Hampus Nordin
- Managing the booking calendar
- Housing company meeting
- Helped with Wellness Week events
- Fixed Kårens internal glass door floor tile
- Tried to fix Casa’s mics but found that new ones need to be bought
- Booked all major events for the autumn
Selma Luimo
- Supervised the Afterski party
- Meeting with various committees regarding their activities and support for upcoming events
- Meeting about with KY and TF regarding the alumni activites
- Meeting with my predecessor about the upcoming Vappu arrangements
- Assisted with the wellness week by shopping, been in contact with key people, and found solutions to changes
