Summary of the Executive Board’s meeting 12/2021

Place: SEB- Sanduddsgatan 7A, våning 2 & Microsoft Teams

The meeting was opened by Chairman Karlsson at 10.06  am

Attending: Daniel Karlsson, Anton Nilsson, Emma Lindvall, Daniel Hasselström, Alexandra Eriksson, Sebastian Ståhlberg, Kristiane Width

Notifications matters: 

  • There were no notifications to report. 

The following matters were addressed at the meeting:

  • The Executive Board took a decision to confiscate the keys to the student unions premises until 31.8.2021 from thee persons for breaching the guidelines for use of the premises due to covid-19. Additionally one written warning was issued to one person involved since the breach was recurrent.
  • Next week’s Executive Board meeting was moved to April 8th at 11:30AM
  • The application time for the Central Election Committee President has been opened on the SHS page
  • Kiril Kuhanen has been offered the new parttime position at the Student Union as the salescoordinator

  • Participated in meeting with Yle regarding Vappu

  • Participated in Oxford Leadership Program

Emma Lindvall

  • Recruitment of new student representatives
  • Helped Hanken find students for a study related takeover on IG
  • Planned a Campus evening
  • Planned a survey about how students want their future education to look like
  • Spell checking
  • Cases from students
  • Planned study circles
  • Checked out Opintopalkinto
  • Worked on getting access to Hanken’s regulatory framework
  • Made informative material about Sisu
  • AOL meeting
  • Meeting with SESS administrative council
  • Participated in Oxford Leadership Program

Daniel Hasselström

  • Planned Vappen
  • Meeting with Yle
  • Meeting with Hanken about Vappen
  • Got Suomen Ekonomit, NIORD and Nuoret Yrittäjät to be our main sponsors for Vappen
  • Ordered banners and jackets for Vappen

Emilia Winqvist

  • Sent applications to different foundations
  • Planned april fool’s day and easter program
  • Continued the work with TF
  • Participated in SYLs two day sector meeting for communication
  • Taken care of the different social media platforms and homepage

Emilia Donner

Anton Nilsson

  • Planning an easter egg hunt to shs.fi
  • Getting offers for the casa kitchen 
  • Applied for fundisons for money for different projects

Alexandra Eriksson
