Summary of Student Council meeting 3/2020
Place: Microsoft Teams
Time: Tuesday 30.3.2021, at 5 PM
The meeting was opened by Student Council President Nicolina Massa at 5:02 PM.
The following matters were addressed at the meeting:
- Presentation of the budget situation in Q1
- The Student Union fee was decided for the semester of 2021 – 2022
- Robin Eriksson and Emilia Sparf were appointed alternative positions as student members in the University Council
- The Executive Board member, Emma Lindvall, in charge of educational affairs informed the Student Council on the election process regarding student representatives in the Hanken Board
Other matters
- The next Student Council meeting will be held on 22.4 followed by the virtual Pre-Pampas sitz
- Chairperson Massa reminds the council to fill in the poll in Teams
- The election of the IHD president will be postponed to May
- A task force will be set in place for revision of documents (märkes och stipendiereglementet samt kårpampsreglementet)
- Secretary General Width reminds the Student Council members to pick up their giftcards
