aTalent: Anora – Summer Trainee, Finance Operations team

We are now looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about financial management and has already gained experience in the field to join Anora’s Finance Operations team in Helsinki!

We offer a varied summer job in financial management, where you will get to work with Anora’s financial team and other staff. You will be able to support your colleagues, especially in the management of accounts receivable and payable, while also working as a substitute, during the summer holidays and other projects. During the summer, you will be responsible for accounts receivable and payable tasks, as well as using various financial management systems. The financial processes at Anora are automated and we hope that you have a background in financial management to ensure that you can monitor the smooth running of the process. At Anora, you will also get to work in an international environment and make use of your English language skills, actively collaborating with colleagues in Sweden and Norway.

For the Finance Operations summer internship role, we are looking for someone who has already gained previous experience in finance through work or at least an internship. You are self-motivated, proactive, precise and not afraid to take on responsibility. You are able to work independently, but you will also have the support of a competent Finance Operations team who will provide you with a comprehensive introduction to the job.

We hope you can start in early May and work full-time until the end of August. Work will be based at Anora’s office in Ruoholahti, but partial remote working is also possible after orientation.

What do we expect from you?

  • Previous experience in financial management and a business education
  • Excellent MS Office skills, in particular Excel skills
  • Good Finnish and English language skills
  • Proactive and precise approach to work

An advantage would be:

  • Previous experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable.
  • Knowledge of Swedish
  • SAP experience
