Juli Living is looking for a Customer Service Trainee with a positive and solution-oriented attitude to help customers with their rental housing needs.

In this role, you will play an integral role in creating a first class customer experience for Juli Living’s customers. Your duties will include assisting customers with housing related issues and working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues where necessary. You will respond to telephone and email enquiries and ensure that customers receive prompt answers to their queries. Your duties will also include administrative tasks such as processing leases and notices of termination.

For the Customer Service Trainee role, we are looking for a proactive problem solver who is willing to exceed customer expectations and deliver first class customer service. Communicating with customers comes naturally to you and you will pick up the phone without hesitation. We expect you to have good interpersonal skills and the ability to learn new systems and tasks quickly. Ideally, you will already have experience in customer service.

We hope you can start in late May and work full time until the end of August. The work will be based at Juli Living’s office in the heart of Helsinki, but occasional remote working can also be arranged. The daily working hours (7,5h) will be between 8am and 5pm on weekdays.

We hope you have:

  • Ongoing higher education studies
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Customer service oriented – enjoy working with customers over the phone, and via email
  • A goal-oriented and self-motivated approach to work
  • Good oral and written Finnish and English language skills, other language skills would be an advantage
