Welcome to join the Student Council meeting, where the Executive Board for 2022 is chosen! You can join the meeting in Helsinki (at the teacher’s lounge at Hanken, 5th floor), in Vaasa (closer location can be attained from the Council’s vice president Petteri Tuokila), or via this link on Microsoft Teams.
👉 WHAT? A pub crawl around some of the most typical bars in Kallio with an afterparty at Heidis.
📅 WHEN? 18.11 starting at 17:00.
🍻 WHERE? Kallio. A more specific location will be sent to the participants via email once they register and we organize the teams.
😎 FOR WHO? All Hanken students
🧛♂️ DRESSCODE? Overall + represent your team.
💰 PRICE? 3€ that includes registration to the event + an overall patch.
📲 PAYMENT METHOD? MP to Ramona +358 44 3733788 or bank transfer to FI27 1469 3500 5383 31. Deadline for paying Tuesday 16.11 at 18h. If someone from your team doesn’t pay before the deadline, the whole team loses its right to participate. 5-8 persons/Team.
‼ DEADLINE TO REGISTER? One person per team has to register and write the team member´s info (name + surname). If you don’t have a group don’t worry, we will put you in one :) Register by Sunday 14.11 at 18h, the latest. We have a limited number of spots so it is first come first served basis. BE FAST!
AFTERPARTY: The participants of the event will have free entrance + VIP cue to Heidis until 22h. After that, everyone will have to pay the normal entrance fee. Some special drink offers to be used at Heidis will be sent to the participants´ emails. The Covid Certificate is required in order to enter Heidis Beer Bar.
‼‼ IMPORTANT INFO: Some bars ask for the Covid certificate (show that you have both doses of the vaccine) in order to come in. So please make sure to have the document in your phone in advance to ensure you can enter to every place.
All participants attend the event at their own risk and you as a participant must consider whether you are comfortable attending a social event. Every participant also carries their own responsibility in minimizing the spread of COVID-19.
If you feel any symptoms, are ill or have been around someone that has tested positive for COVID-19 you may not attend the event. In addition, if you have been abroad within 14 days before the event you should not attend either.
If you become ill with COVID-19 within 14 days of the event, do the symptoms test at omaolo.fi and follow the instructions given by authorities. Check out shs.fi for more information on events at SHS.

Welcome to join the Student Council meeting, where the new proposal for the Executive Board of 2022 will be discussed! Unfortunately only Student Council members can join the meeting in person in Helsinki (room A411) or in Vaasa (Cella Nova), but all student union members are invited to follow the meeting via Microsoft Teams (link).
Unicorn Night behandlar enhörningsfenomenet och enhörningsföretag (startupbolag värderade till över en miljard dollar) och för samman forskning, företag och offentliga aktörer och behandlar nyckelfrågor kring utveckling av ekosystemet samt identifieringen och tillväxten av enhörningsföretag. Evenemanget hålls på engelska.
The event will be organized in conjunction to Slush and will include key participants from the Nordics, Europe and beyond. The event will be opened up by the founder of Slush, Peter Vesterbacka, and followed up with relevant ecosystem experiences, research and companies. The event itself is a part of Venture Capital for Impact research and innovation project financed by the Finnish Ministry of Education.
Participants will include key ecosystem builders including international students, researchers, companies and investors from Finland, Nordics, Central Europe, Asia, Africa and Silicon Valley. The event will be organized together by City of Helsinki, Hanken Business Lab, Finest Bay Area, HankenES and START Helsinki.
