About your role
As a trainee in the Governance and Administration team, you will be working on a wide variety of tasks supporing Head of Governance and Administration and Administration Specialist in their daily operations. These tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Collecting and storing essential documents and materials
- Digitalization of documents into the archive management system
- Maintenance of documentation in the digital archive management system
- Drafting minutes of group companies’ entities
- Overall support for the Governance and Administration Team
- Responsibility and exposure based on your experience and level of studies
While performing the tasks you are assigned, you are an imporant part of our team. You will receive help and guidance, and you will not be left alone. Your tasks and responsibilities will increase as your skills develop and you become ready for new challenges.
We are primarily looking for a candidate who could fill the position as soon as possible. Working hours can be flexibly agreed based on your studies with ideally either full-time or part-time 3 working days a week on average. The position is a fixed-term and the duration of the employment is until 30th June 2024.

We are looking for people with University or University of Applied Sciences background who are eager to learn, proactively take initiative and have the drive to succeed. You enjoy solving problems and have a strong interest in governance and administration and document management in commercial real estate investment.
To succeed in this role, you will need an analyical mindset and precise and accurate approach to work. Additionally, ability to work with a hands-on approach both independently and in collaboration with different teams is required highlighting your strong co-ordination and communications skills. You feel comfortable on working with MS Office software, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
You are fluent in written and spoken English and Finnish. English is the official company working language.
