Hanken School of Economics in Vaasa and the meeting platform Microsoft Teams

The meeting was opened by student council president Emma Lindvall at 18.00
The Council discussed the following matters during the meeting:
- Election of a chairperson for the Annual Party Committee 2023-2024
- Election of the chairperson of the Masters’ Committee 2023-2024
- Election of the chairperson of the International Helsinki Days 2023-2024
- Consideration of the annual report for 2022
- Decision on the adoption of the financial statements for 2022
- Consideration of the audit report for 2022
- Consideration of the inventory for 2022
- Discharge from liability for the Board of Directors 2022
- Budget monitoring of Q1
- Decision on the Board’s proposal to the General Council with a proposal to change the
Student Union’s statutes (1/2023) - Decision on the Board’s proposal to the General Council with a proposal to establish a
sustainability strategy (2/2023). - Appointed a working group for the revision of the administrative regulations.
- Election of a student representative to the University College.
