Notification matters
- The annual ball week has started and we are very excited for SHS CXIV on Friday 24.2.2023
The following matters were addressed at the meeting:
- Elected representative and one alternate to the Boards of Learners within Engage.eu
- Decided that no one will attend Satakuntalainen osakuntas annual ball, but we send a greeting
Other matters:
The board discussed the booking of the union’s soundbox. Gensek has visited TAIO who were positive towards possible cooperation.

- Meeting with Axel and Beccy regarding the English-language BA program
- Meeting with Beccy and FM president Emma regarding the after party concept and the collaboration between FM and the board

Axel Anderson
- Meeting with Ville and Beccy regarding the English speaking bachelor programme
- Meeting with the advocates and Hanken staff regarding the library facilities
- Meeting with HaBa task force regarding the English language bachelor programme
- Obtained meeting fees in other universities with the help of the FSF
Emilia Öfverström
- Participated in election sector meeting with FSF (SYL) election officials
- Held the second election debate meeting with the friend associations
- Coordinated with Hanken on the organisation of the election debate
- Participated in the meeting regarding the equality survey and planned questions for it
- Held a meeting with Frida and Axel and some of the Hanken staff regarding the library facilities
Frida Winberg

- Continued planning the Wellness Week
Pauliina Haarala
- Meeting with Hankens corporate relations team about spring and HND 2023
- Participated and organized 2 AW events with the Annuall Ball Committee as a part of the Annual Ball week
- Had the weekly business committee meeting and planned it
- Continuing to renew cooperation contracts
- Been in contact with SSHV and Bearing Point about a joint event in the spring
Rebecca Laaksonen
- Strategy meeting regarding the future of HABA , together with Ville and Axel
- Pikkulaskiainen ticket sales and refunds
- Meeting with Ekonsek regarding SHS club finances

- Planned and booked the upcoming ordförandeutskottets meeting
