Notifications matters:
- President Niinistö kindly denied the Student Union’s proposal to be part of a promotional video for the upcoming Municipality election
The following matters were addressed at the meeting:
- SHS executive board has project grants to Casa Nostra and Programkommitén
- SHS executive board opened up the application for the nomination of the Quarter Hankeit, the application is open until 21.03.2021
- The executive board has open up the following positions in the educational committee:
- Two ordinary positions and two deputy positions in the Research Council.
- Two ordinary positions and two deputy positions in the University council.
- One ordinary positions and one deputy positions for the Department Council of Marketing and Logistics
- One ordinary position and one deputy position for the Department Council Management and Organisation
Activities of the Executive Board:
- Majority participated in first part of Oxford Leadership Program
Daniel Karlsson
- Meeting with “fyramannarådet”
- Correspondence with e.g. KSO
- Preparations for SYL seminar for leaders
Emma Lindvall
- Participated in class about meeting technique
- Planned study circles in finance and statistics
- Made a promo video for the Education Committee
- Recruitment of new student representatives
- Sectoral meeting with the National Union of University Students in Finland
Emilia Winqvist
- Continued with the archive project
- Updated the webpage information
- Meetings with 4 board members on sustainability at SHS
- Meeting about cooperation with TF
- Social media things
Alexandra Eriksson
- Working group for the health and wellness group
- Membership survey kickoff
- Meeting with the chairman of Studerandenas idrottsförbund (OLL)
- Equality education with SSHV
Emilia Donner
- Recruitment video for the sales coordinator
- Had meetings with partners and closed contracts
- Worked on projects together with the Business Committee members
Anton Nilsson
- Membership survey kickoff
- Still trying to get keys back
- Preparing for the Casa councils meeting
Daniel Hasselström
- Participated in the SMG meeting with Hanken
- Participated in a meeting with JYY about Vappen
- Participated in an interview with Yle
- Coordinated Project grant application

- Translating the Equality Policy document
- Equality education with SSHV
Sebastian Ståhlberg
- Sectoral meeting with Finlands studentkårers förbund
