Meeting Abstract of the Executive Board’s meeting 13/2020

Attending: Fanny Hindsberg, Nea Olsson, Filip Jägerroos, Eliott Tallqvist, Maisa Dyhr, Oscar Byman, Joakim Kiuru, Axel Toukkari, Kristiane Width
The Executive Board made decisions in the following matters during the meeting:
- Fiilisklubben is approved as a new club
- The Swedish language name of the SHS equality- and harassment ombudsmen is changed
Executive Board activities:
- Mutual Activities: Rector’s coffee, Dean’s meeting
Fanny Hindsberg: Started a weekly quiz to survey the Executive Board’s and the SHS employees’ wellbeing and energy, Meeting with the Student Council’s president and the General Secretary, the Strategy-group, Nordic Board and KY
Oscar Byman: Participated in FSF Educational coffee, Held the SHS2025-strategy planning meeting, Been on holiday 6-7.4
Eliott Tallqvist: Co-operated with Hanken regarding the communication of the grade conversion, Meeting with the student representatives in the Educational Council, Roadshow with the Department Councils, Discussion on visibility and summer courses, Participated in the Education Council’s meeting
Joakim Kiuru: Renewed the contract with Danske Bank and aTalent, Pushed forward the SHS corporate collabortion coordination, Developed the Business Committee’s digital operations, Gathered an extensive list of potential partners and leads
Maisa Dyhr: Meeting with SHVS Helsinki-Espoo direction, the SHS2025-strategy group and Hanken regarding wellbeing, Proofread the equality plan, Created a Corona feedback survey together with Eliott and the Student Psychologist and sent it out
Nea Olsson: Gathered the President’s Committee for its’ next meeting, Meeting with the Nordic Board, the Executive Board’s event SHS & Chill, Been in touch with the other Student Unions regarding the Wappu → Slack group with HYY, AYY and TaiYo to plan together
Filip Jägerroos: Worked on the equality plan, Written the Casa manual
Axel Toukkari: Maintained social media, Been in touch with Revolve, Genero, Sivututka, Suomen Digimarkkinointi and Web Weistämö regarding the webpage, Applied for a grant from Tre Smeder for the new webpage
Other matters:
- Dyhr has started a project, which goal is to promote SHS members’ wellbeing, called ‘StödHankeit’
