The meeting was opened at 10:03 by Chairman Hindsberg
The Executive Board made decisions in the following matters during the meeting:
-A project grant was granted for board games.
-Opened up ordinary and substitute spots in the SHS disciplinary committee.
-The Student Union will join Helsinki Pride in accordance with the Student Union’s equality policy document
-Take a matter of renting out Casa to the housing board for a decision.

-Met Hanken’s corporate relation’s team and Markus Wartiovaara for discussions regarding cooperations
-Meeting with Supermetrics, Deloitte and KPMG regarding potential corporate cooperations
-Benchmarked with KY’s corporate relations responsible

-Worked on the Equality Survey and sent it out thanks to Axel
-Negotiated regarding MTEA2-schooling, which will be held 5-6.5.2020

-Booked meeting with Kylli, planning of Vappu 2020

-Rolled out new booking system to the committees

-Meeting with Revolve studios and Genero regarding the website

Other matters
- The board discussed the Corona virus and how they affect different activities and events at the Student Union and what actions have to be taken. Byman informed the Executive Board that Melina Weckman will be attending the following WSC meeting.
