Attending: Fanny Hindsberg, Nea Olsson, Filip Jägerroos, Eliott Tallqvist, Maisa Dyhr, Oscar Byman, Joakim Kiuru, Axel Toukkari, Kristiane Width, Alina Anderson, Melina Weckman
The Executive Board made decisions in the following matters during the meeting:
– The IB Bookshop was given permission to use the SHS logo for waterbottles
– Project grants will be granted to the Sports Committee for dancelessons and Casa Nostra for organizing their afterparty after the Annual Ball
– The lecturer of the year was choosen by the board
– Byman, Dyhr and Kiuru were chosen as the Executive Boards representatives for the strategy group
– Olsson and Tallqvist are chosen as the Executive Boards representatives for the revising group
Other matters
– Discussing rules for legenda and other facilities of the Student Union
– The equality trustees of SHS had a meeting with the equality trustees from Hanken and a plan ofaction should be written that is in consensus with Hankens plan of action
– The scheme of importance for the revising was discussed by the revising group
