aTalent: AJ Tuotteet – Account Manager

AJ Tuotteet is seeking an active Account Manager to manage and develop an existing B2B customer portfolio. You will join a team of three account management professionals and a broader organization of about 20 people based in Espoo.

As an Account Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of AJ Tuotteet’s mid-sized contract clients, focusing on deepening client relationships and identifying additional sales opportunities. This role requires perseverance as the sales cycles can be lengthy. Your daily work includes contacting and meeting clients, both virtually and in person, primarily within the Helsinki metropolitan area and other major cities in Finland. Some clients operate across the Nordics, which will involve international collaboration with Nordic colleagues. In the future, the role may include some new client acquisition.

Success in this role will be measured by the growth in sales and profitability of your client portfolio. We hope you bring substantial experience in B2B sales and customer relationship development. While a deep familiarity with furniture solutions isn’t required, an interest in understanding AJ Tuotteet’s product and service offerings is expected, as well as the ability to work within a Nordic team context.

We Expect You To Have:

  • Several years of experience in B2B solution sales and expertise in portfolio development
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • An organized work approach and experience in comprehensive CRM use
  • Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, both verbal and written
  • Access to a car for client visits

Practical Details:

This full-time permanent role is a direct hire by our client, AJ Tuotteet Oy. The starting date is as soon as possible, or by the end of the year. AJ’s office is in Leppävaara, and you’ll be expected to work from the office at least three days a week, including mandatory office Mondays. The role involves occasional travel to client sites, primarily within the Helsinki region and Tampere but also elsewhere in Finland, so car access is essential. Nordic collaboration may require about one international trip per quarter. The salary for this role starts at €4,000/month, depending on experience, and follows a fixed model.
