SEB – Team-oriented and driven Junior HR Specialist

Are you interested in learning what it is like to work in an in-house Human Resources team in an international organization? We at SEB are currently seeking a colleague to join our HR team in Helsinki working approximately 3 days a week until the end of August 2024, with the possibility of full-time during the summer. We are a team and organization that cares about each other and is helping one another in reaching our full potential and making a positive impact on the world where we operate.
About the role
You will be a part of our HR team that is built on teamwork. We offer you a great possibility to see and learn what a Human Resources function does in practice in an international organization from a local as well as a global perspective. You will have the possibility to develop yourself and learn different fields of HR. You will also get an opportunity to peek inside the financial sector and the banking business. A major component of this job will be working with employment and HR policy -related questions from our employees, managers and other stakeholders. In addition, you will play a key role in planning and executing our Employer Branding activities, having responsibility of and contributing innovative and fresh ideas to our Employer Branding work. Based on your interest and strengths, this role will also provide you the opportunity to participate in various HR projects.
