Any F1 fans out there? In that case it’s lights out and away we go! The Exchange Committee (EC) is hosting a watch party at Casa for this week’s Dutch Grand Prix 2021, so anyone up for some race action is more than welcome!
The race is scheduled to start at 16:00 (4 pm) Finnish local time, so arrive a bit earlier to avoid missing the start! Bring your own snacks and beverages, we offer the atmosphere and the screen. We’ll be watching the race at Casa, Hankens own party place.

A sitz is a dinner party, which involves a three-course meal and lots of singing, fun games and competitions. Sitzes are a student tradition especially among students in Swedish-speaking universities.

The sitz will take place at Casa. The address is Hietaniemenkatu 7A, but the entrance is on the other side of the building.

On behalf of the President, the Student Council of SHS will convene to meet on Tuesday September 14th at 5PM. The meeting will take place on the virtual platform Microsoft Teams. The link to the meeting can be found here

Electing members to the SYL delegation

EY-Parthenon Helsinki team invites high-performing and driven students to a casual dinner event to learn more about EY-Parthenon and career opportunities in strategy consulting.
In the event, you’ll meet some of our management consultants with whom you can have an open discussion regarding consultant’s work and the most memorable project experiences.
This event is also a great opportunity for you to learn more about our trainee application process and get tips from our recent hires on applying to EY-Parthenon. The application period for this year’s Analyst Trainee positions is open from August 30th until September 26th.

NB#2! The after-party is BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverages) for everyone! If you bring more than one drink, please have them in a bag, so that it’s easier to store them. MC does not provide drinks for the afterparty, only the Sitz itself.

When? Thursday 30.9 at 17:30 What? Small games in a park with an afterparty at Heidi’s Who? Exchange students, Buddies and all other Hanken students. Where? Kaivopuisto, we will meet near the club Kaivohuone at 17.30 Dresscode? Overalls and/or a funny hat.
All you need to do is sign up through the google forms link and show up with at least 6×0,33l beer/cider/lonkku or something without alcohol. You have to bring small (0,33l) cans in order to participate in some of the games. We will have an afterparty at Heidi’s, in order to get in through the VIP line you have to be there at the latest 20.30.
