- The Board has participated in the SASSE annual party
- SHS annual party and annual party week were organised successfully
The board discussed and decided on the following items during the meeting:
- Elected a student representative to the Department Council for the Department Council for Marketing and Logistics
- Elected a regular student representative to the Department Council for Financial Economics and Economics
- Decided on participation in the annual party

- Greeted SASSE during their annual ball
- Participated in Pro Patria
- Attended SHS annual ball and sillis
Alma Portin
- Wrote text for the vappen team
- Met with Kaj Storbacka regarding the strategy process
- Led the first meeting of the strategy group
- Gave a speech during the annual party
- Signed diplomas for badges and scholarships
Mirjam Wadenström
- Made debut on @mantanlakitus
- General maintenance of @shsmoments
- Managed the SHS website
- Managed SHS email addresses
Kaisa Rantonen
- Been in contact with Ekonomit and Mieli Ry regarding the training for support Hankeits
- Participated in SYL sopolive
- Participated in Unisport Johtokunta meeting
- Attended Zero Net Assessment meeting with Hanken Sustainability committee
- Organised a meeting for Hanken’s wellbeing group
- Contacted Unisport regarding free week for SHS members during the wellbeing month and was allowed to raffle three Inbody measurements
- Been in contact with Vuokkoset regarding cooperation and sponsorship during the well-being month. We get menstrual pads.
- Been in contact with vinsällskapet regarding event opportunities during the month of well-being
- Been in contact with predecessor about possible panel discussion during the wellbeing month
Vilma Runeberg
- Submitted an updated security plan to the City of Helsinki regarding security measures
- Continued the planning of technology for the event together with Minievents
Max Rehell
- Received a new amplifier
- Received offer for new wine and shot glasses
- Attended the first meeting of the strategy group
- Received new keys to the student union
- Inventoried the union property together with my predecessor
- Reviewed the need for vessels for the Dion dinner with Jesper
Antar Mountassir
- Recruited student representatives
Viktor Byskata
- Recruited politicians to the election panel
- Participated in strategy meeting
- Contacted HYY about their OLL membership
- Had a meeting with GenSek Granqvist about the Höpo/Kopo sector
