Perform and Pay, a reward and performance management consultancy, is now looking for a Junior Performance & Rewards Specialist with an interest in HR to grow as a reward and performance management professional! We offer a role that is flexible to your life circumstances, where you will have the opportunity to see and influence how global companies are leading reward and performance.
As a Junior Performance & Rewards Specialist, you will be able to assist Perform and Pay’s Founding Partners with client projects in reward and performance management. Client projects typically last 2-4 months and involve developing structures and processes for reward and performance management in international companies. Your tasks may include, for example, performing various calculations and analyses, project scheduling and styling of project materials, and various other support tasks. As your skills develop, you will also have the opportunity to take on new responsibilities and attend client meetings. After graduation, you may also have the opportunity to work full-time.
You can be our Junior Performance & Rewards Specialist, if you have an enthusiastic attitude, a willingness to develop and enthusiasm for HR tasks, as well as previous work experience, for example through summer jobs or internships. Previous HR experience is not a requirement for the role, but would be an advantage. The role is ideal for a final year student who enjoys working with MS Office programs and numbers and is looking for an opportunity to develop as an HR professional. This is a part-time, but permanent role where you will be employed by aTalent People as an employee of Perform and Pay. The desired start date for the role is January 2024.

The applicant is expected to:
Suitable university degree at the final stage of studies, e.g. in business
A willingness to learn and develop, and an interest in the field of HR
Previous work experience in general, e.g. through summer jobs or internships
Knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel and Powerpoint
Good knowledge of Finnish and English
In addition, the following would be considered an advantage:
Previous experience in HR functions
