Notification matters:

The following matters were addressed at the meeting:

The Board decided on the Board’s proposal to the Student Council with a proposal to change the Student Union’s committee regulations (6/2023).
The Board announced the vacancies for ordinary and deputy members for the next term of the University Collegium (1.1.2024 – 31.12.2026).

Held strategy day 9 and developed the first draft of the operational plan and the rolling operational document.

Participated in the SEKSMYY seminar in Tampere.
Prepared material for the SEKSMYY seminar on interviewing SYL board candidates.
Financial management in the form of discussions about the student union’s finances.
Participated in the SESS meeting
Held the four-man council meeting for IHD
Revised the committee regulations together with vice Rebecca
Wrote the board’s proposal 6/2023 together with vice Rebecca.
Represented at Studorg’s 80th anniversary with a part of the board.

Axel Anderson

Participated in the SEKSMYY seminar in Tampere.
Represented at TuKY’s 73rd annual ball with Matilda.
Had an advocacy meeting with Emilia and Frida.
Organised Feedback Forum and held a presentation with Emilia, Frida and Kylli.
Had a meeting about Feedback forum and made a quiz together with Frida and Emilia.
Attended Hanken’s Gender Equality Committee meeting where the new name of the committee was discussed and Hanken’s strategy 2030.

Emilia Öfverström

Participated in the SEKSMYY seminar in Tampere.
Been in contact with HYY’s Board regarding OLL’s General Assembly.
Written the board’s counter proposal to motion 2 FM meeting 8 together with Frida.
Shopping for the Feedback forum
Had a meeting about Feedback forum and made a quiz together with Frida and Axel.
Had a advocacy meeting with Frida and Axel
Organised Feedback forum and held a presentation with Frida, Axel and Kylli
Been in contact with Rud Pedersen regarding a potential visit there with IBU
Planned IBU meeting 8
Represented at Studorg’s 80th anniversary with part of the board.

Participated in the SEKSMYY seminar in Tampere.
Wrote the board’s report for motion 2 FM meeting 8 together with Emilia.
Had a meeting about Feedback forum and made a quiz together with Emilia and Axel.
Held an advocacy meeting with Emilia and Axel.
Organized Feedback forum and held a presentation with Emilia, Axel and Kylli.
Represented at Studorg’s 80th anniversary with part of the board.
Donated blood during the wellness week
