GoByBike, Finland’s largest and most trusted cycling service provider, is now looking for a Customer Success Manager to support its explosive growth (in 2022 the company’s turnover more than doubled to over €25 million)! This is a truly meaningful role where you will get to build a more ecological and healthy mobility society in Finland together with your key customers.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will join the Customer Relations team, which is currently under development, but you will also work closely with other GoByBike teams such as Sales and Development and Operations. In this responsible and meaningful role, you will act as a positive messenger to our customers directly at the customer interface and your main task will be to grow our customer base and ensure that our customers (including some of Finland’s largest listed companies) get the most out of our service, both now and in the future. You will work with our customers to define common goals for using the bike benefit, plan and implement bike benefit roll-out projects for our largest customers, collect customer feedback and develop customer satisfaction. You will also actively monitor customer data and, based on your findings, plan and implement a wide range of development measures to increase customer loyalty and ensure customer satisfaction. In your role, you will meet our customers both remotely and face-to-face. As our Customer Relations team is still being developed, you will also get to create and develop our entire customer relationship management model!
You can be the Customer Success Manager we are looking for if you are sales-minded, goal-oriented and interested in positively influencing the health, mobility and well-being of Finns through concrete service and have previous experience in B2B customer interface. In addition, we hope you will have an enthusiastic and inspiring as well as solution-oriented working style, good interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to work in a changing and evolving working environment. At GoByBike, we work together towards a common goal and you will never be alone in your role. That said, we do hope that you already have a proven track record in customer care. This is a permanent, full-time position in Espoo, but the job description also includes travelling to customers about once a week. The preferred starting date for this position is as soon as possible and employment in this position is directly with GoByBike.

The applicant is expected to:
An educational background suitable for the job, e.g. M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Business Administration
Previous experience in a sales role (preferably in account management) in B2B for at least a few years.
An interest in mobilising employees
IT skills, e.g. MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM systems
Good knowledge of Finnish and English
Driving licence
In addition, the following would be considered an advantage:
Knowledge of Swedish
