The meeting was opened at 10:10 by chairman Ruokonen

Notification matters:

The Freshman Committee (Gekko) has received a training from the Executive Board.

The Board elected a representative for Academic Council and Educational Council (substitute).

The Board elected a member to institutional council of marketing and logistics (Vasa).

The Board approved a cancellation of a project grant.

The Board approved granted an exemption for Casa Nostra.

Other matters:

Chairman Ruokonen announced the cancellation of Kårsemi due to low participation rate. 

Board member Eriksson announces that the last Monday update before summer has been posted

.

  • Student Union 101 training to the Freshman committé

Ville Ruokonen

  • Finalize the document between SHS and Hanken
  • Meeting with Helena Strandell on the framework agreement, the SSHV annex and the issue of refreshments after the entrance exam.
  • Email meeting with Helena and Inkku on the framework agreement
  • Four-member council meeting: EC

  • Meeting with Fanny on the revision of the management regulations
  • Meeting with the working group for the revision of the rules of the awards and Scholarships Committee.
  • Updated the Board’s annual clock and calendar of dates
  • Compiled responses from the Board’s anonymous survey
  • Support to Emilia and Secretary Gen on the SHS position for the SYL round of initiatives.
  • Financial management in the form of posting and checking of student union fees
  • Translation of a part of the student union 101 
  • Coordination of renting the Casa to outsiders together with Sami.

Axel Anderson

  • Supervised at the Avslutande sitz
  • Attended the disciplinary board meeting
  • Continued coordination and planning of UU excursion

Emilia Öfverström

  • Recruitment and welcoming of 3 new IBU members
  • Meeting with library staff about the reading room project 
  • Proposal on improving multilingualism for the SYL round of initiatives 
  • Contact with ÅAS kopo regarding initiatives

Frida Winberg

  • Participated in two meetings regarding the renovation of the reading room at Hanken.
  • Represented at Ayy’s 13th annual party! Congratulations<3
  • Held the second meeting of the Hankeiternas well-being group, Pride and Back to campus among other things were discussed
  • Continued to present the SupportStudents on Instagram
  • Continued planning of Students at Pride
  • Familiarized myself with the meeting material for FSHS’ and Unisport’s meetings

Pauliina Haarala

  • Last meeting for the spring semester with Hannen about HND 
  • Wished a lovely summer to our partners 
  • Planned the autumn for BC and last details for the spring 
  • Tried to remind companies again to pay their bills 
  • Translation of a part of the student union 101 

Rebecca Laaksonen

  • Translated material for Student Union 101
  • New interactive material for the Student Union 101
  • Participated in planning meeting of MSc intro week with Hanken.
  • ÅFK four-man council
  • Interviewed applications for the SHS Songbook group.
  • Planned the SHS Songbook group’s activity plan for the autumn.
  • Coordinated working group meeting with HUS + StudOrg for the Stadirundan event
  • Brainstormed SHS’s future event programme with the Board.
  • Initiated talks to arrange a basketball tournament in the autumn
  • Supervised CN’s avslutande party

Sami Multisilta

  • Keep track of the shs booking calendar
  • Discussed casa rental with other parties & Ville
  • Coordinated cleaning projects 
  • Coordinated building and fixing projects with selco
  • Key exchanges

Matilda Eriksson

  • Published the spring term recap posts (and timed the remaining ones). 
  • Fixed with the kårsemi
  • Represented SHS  at AYY 13 year party
  • Ordered the sustainable snaps & wine glasses 
  • Helped with SHS users and emails
  • Made and published content on shsmoments channels
  • Researched how others do it with photo descriptions on Instagram.
