The meeting was opened by Chairman Karlsson at 14:02 am

Attending:

Daniel Karlsson, Anton Nilsson, Emma Lindvall, Daniel Hasselström, Emilia Donner, Alexandra Eriksson, Sebastian Ståhlberg, Kristiane Width

Notifications matters: 

  • Hasselström and Donner have had a meeting with the City of Helsinki regarding arrangements for Vappen 2021.
  • Ståhlberg has had a meeting with Swedish friend organisations regarding collaboration for an election debate for the municipal elections.

The following matters were addressed at the meeting:

  • The Board has granted club grants to the following clubs:
    • HankSki, HankFutsal, Hanken Yacht Club, Hanken Tennis Club, HankenES, Zillisklubben, Hanken Beer Pong, Hankminton, HankInvest, START Helsinki
  • The Board has chosen to make the position as Sales Coordinator vacant again on 15.3.2021.
  • The Board has granted a pay raise for the Secretary General.
  • The Board has granted a project grant for START Helsinki

Daniel Karlsson

  • Meeting with KY’s president Niko Ylä-Poikelus
  • Performance appraisals with members of the board
  • Other correspondence

Emma Lindvall

  • Meetings with the different groups in the Eduction Committee
  • Second Education Committee meeting
  • Kopolive
  • Planned study circles

Emilia Winqvist

  • Meeting with TF about sustainability cooperation
  • Worked on the Annual Ball video
  • Had a workshop for the executive board on shs.fi and canva
  • Updated the webpage about information for clubs and committees

Alexandra Eriksson

  • OLL sectoral meeting
  • WSC meeting
  • Been in contact with Hanken´s study services

Emilia Donner

  • Had meetings with several companies, e.g. Salesforce, Evli, Greenstep & Miltton
  • Worked with recruiting a sales coordinator
  • Had meetings and planned for vappen 2021

Anton Nilsson

  • Made a video for the Annual Ball
  • Solved key issues at the Student Union
  • Collected keys from former members

Daniel Hasselström

  • Meeting with City of Helsinki regarding the Vappen 2021
  • Coordinated all the Club grant application
  • Vappen21-Team meeting
  • Meeting with Kylli regarding Suomen Ekonomit sponsoring of Vappen 2021
  • Coordinated the SHS step competition with Nylands Nation

Sebastian Ståhlberg

  • OLL sectoral meeting
  • Meeting with Hanken regarding the Elections
  • Kopo – live
  • World student capital

Other matters:

  • The Board has decided to prolong the Student Union’s corona restrictions from 28.2.2021 to 15.3.2021.
