The meeting was opened by Student Council President Nicolina Massa at 17:02.
The following matters were addressed at the meeting:
- Annika Lindström and Eliott Tallqvist were chosen as the protocol adjuster and vote counter on Teams
- Fanny Kesti was chosen as the writer of the summary of the meeting in Swedish and English
- Stefan Anderson was elected as the Special Adviser to the Executive Board of SESS for the mandate period of 2/2021 – 12/2023
- Had a discussion regarding the election of members to the SHS Scholarship and Badge Committee
- Approved the implementation plan of the Executive Board 2021 with the additions of the Student Council
- Elected Erik Holmberg as the President to the Freshman Committee 2021
Distribution of the Student Union’s Badges were approved
- Distribution of Intressebevakningsmärket i guld
- Distribution of Intressebevakningsmärket i silver
