The Executive Board made decisions in the following matters during the meeting:
● Winqvist and Lindvall were appointed as attestors and vote counters
● Emma Lindvall was elected as the Vice President of the SHS Executive Board 2021
– The posts for the Executive Board 2021 were appointed as the following:

Alexandra Eriksson, Social Affairs
- Daniel Karlsson, Emma Lindvall and Secretary General Kristiane Width were given authority to sign SHS name in documents relevant to the Student Union
- Emilia Donner was given authority to sign SHS name in documents related to sponsor agreements with businesses
- Daniel Karlsson was given rights to SHS bank accounts and Fanny Hindsberg’s rights to the same bank account will be ended.
- Daniel Karlsson and Secterary General Kristiane Width were given right to retrieve bank cards related to the Student Union’s bank account
- Daniel Karlsson was elected as the ordinary representative in Finlands Ekonomer. Emilia Donner and Emma Lindvall were elected as his deputies for 2021.
- Daniel Karlsson was elected as the SHS representative in the Executive Board of Niord for 2021
- Daniel Hasselström was elected as SHS club responsible for 2021
- Daniel Hasselström was elected as the President of the Presidents’ Advisory Committee 2021
- Emma Lindvall was elected as the student representative to Committee of Teaching Excellence
- Eliott Tallqvist was elected as ordinary student representative to Hanken’s Examination Board for 2021. Emma Lindvall was elected as his deputy.
- Daniel Hasselström was elected as ordinary representative to SMG. Alexandra Eriksson was elected as his deputy.
- Emma Lindvall was elected as the student representative to Hanken’s Disciplinary and Ethical Board for 2021.
- Alexandra Eriksson was elected as the Deputy representative of SHS to HOAS
- Daniel Hasselström and Alexandra Eriksson were elected as SHS Eqality and Harrasment ombudsmen 2021
- Alexandra Eriksson was elected as SHS member to the UniSport Lead Group 2021
- Casa Academica will be rented out on a partial basis 2021
- The deadline of ‘Kårmässan’ will be Sunday February 21st at 23:59PM and the application period for clubs to apply for grants will take place in two tiers during the year. The budget for club grants is about 6000 euro
- The ‘kårmässan’ will take place during week five 2021 and be a week long virtual event
- Emma Lindvall was elected as the representative of SHS in AOL working group 2021
- Eliott Tallqvist was elected as the ordinary student member and Emma Lindvall as his Deputy to the Office of Studies and Admission
- Emma Lindvall was elected as the ordinary student representative and Sebastian Ståhlberg as her Deputy to the Office of Research and University Services
- Daniel Hasselström was elected as the Ordinary student representative and Alexandra Eriksson as his Deputy in the Office of International Affairs and External Relations
- Sebastian Ståhlberg was elected as the representative of SHS to OLL 2021
- Emilia Winqvist was elected as the student represenative to Hanken’s Green Office 2021
The Executive Board’s Activities
- All members participated in in its constituent meeting 11.1.2021
Other matters
- Updates of SHS guidelines in regards to the COVID-19 virus will be enacted at the end of the month. Until then, SHS will extend its currently set restrictions, as Hanken is closed in the month of January
- The President of the Elderly Committee, Julius Tallqvist, sent his regards and looking forward to working with the Executive Board in the coming year
- President of the Student Council, Nicolina Massa and Second Vice President, Emilia Hattula shared their regards and excited for a new year with the new Executive Board
