● Completed the project of updating the members of the SHS disciplinary committee
● Contact with several department council representatives
● Participated in discussion regarding digitalization with Hanken’s personnel
● Meeting with Hanken regarding year 2021 and digitalization projects
Joakim Kiuru
● Worked on renewals of collaboration contracts
● Started a new collaboration with Metsä Group
● Educated the next Head of Corporate Relations and helped with planning of the coming year’s
activities
Maisa Dyhr
● Delivered the presents SHS collected to Joulupuu (41 presents)
● Trainings for the new board: equality, sustainability and wellbeing
● Participated in WSC’s, YTHS’ health workgroup’s and YTHS’ delgation’s meetings and
organised an IBU meeting
● Some materials regarding YTHS

Nea Olsson
● Advocacy subcommittee meeting: international affairs
●Training the new executive board
● Meeting with Hanken international office

● Purchased last fire blankets and inspection of one more fire extinguisher to our facilities
● Thrown away the last rubbish from Casa to the kaatopaikka
● Purchased a new rubbish for the Casa kitchen and contact with Astico cleaning services regarding
the Casa kitchen
● Accessibility inspection of the house with FU 2021 + more training
● New SHS logo carpet negotiated so that it’s free
Axel Toukkari
● Coordinated shs social medias
● Spell-checked shs.fi
● Gathered material from the old shs.fi and saved them on the “kårminnet” harddrive
Other matters
● Update regarding the COVID-19 restrictions at SHS. The restrictions taken into use 27.11 apply
until further notice and can be found on shs.fi (including the beginning of 2021)
● The Executive Board’s official game is Luken.
