The Executive Board made decisions in the following matters during the meeting:

  • Granted a club grant to STARTHelsinki
  • Garnted a project grant to HankBoobie

Board Member activities:

Common activities:

  • Attended meeting with the Principal at Hanken and discusses the corona situation and wellness week
  • Participated in a workshop where the board planned upcoming recruitment to the Executive Board of 2021, as well as the business plan and budget for 2021

Fanny Hindsberg:

  • Meeting with the studentrepsesentative of Hankens board and SSHV
  • Planned and lead the Executive Board workshop

Oscar Byman:

  • World Student Capital-board meeting
  • Given SHS comments to OLL:s General Assembly material
  • Meeting with the studentrepsesentative of Hankens board and SSHV

Eliott Tallqvist

  • Meeting with Hanken regarding corona, digitalization and actual matters
  • Made a manual for internal monitoring at Hanken
  • Meeting with the studentrepsesentative of Hankens board

Joakim Kiuru

  • Partner negotiations with Workday & Ahlstrom-Munksjö
  • Ordered the overalls
  • Driven the Business Committees work
  • Helped Axel T. to secure the shs.fi domain

Maisa Dyhr

  • Wellness week: trip to Noux, yoga with Kylli, communicated with Unisport, SHVS and Elixia, and done SoMe material
  • Meeting with the equality plan group
  • Launched the Support Hankeit project

Nea Olsson

  • Decided time for the President subcommittees next meeting
  • Coordination with Hanken about the event with Vapaavuori
  • Planning Kårmässan
  • One on one contact with committee presidents about their events and security plans

Filip Jägerroos

  • Meeting with the equality plan group
  • Meeting with FU sub committee and EAG
  • Working on Casa Academica 2.0 at shs.fi and Casas manual

Axel Toukkari

  • Maintaining our social medias active
  • Finishing touches on shs.fi
  • Made the support Hankeit and mental wellness site at shs.fi
  • Been in contact with Hanken regarding securing SHS gmail accounts

Other matters

  • The Executive Board discussed the Corona virus and how they affect different activities and events at the Student Union and what actions have to be taken.
  • Orders on student overalls have been made
