Summary of SHS Student Council meeting 3/2020

The meeting was opened by Student Council President Henna Konsti at 5:00PM
The following matters were addressed at the meeting:
- Congratulating Maisa on her birthday was added to agenda by Lydia Nystén
- Taneli Immonen and Christian Nygård were chosen as tellers and protocol adjusters
- Robin Eriksson was chosen as the writer of the summary of meeting minutes in Swedish and English
- Financial- and administrative secretary Daniel Karlsson and Secretary general Kristiane Width presented the budget follow-up for quarter one
- Changes to the Student Union fee for the fall 2020 and the spring 2021 proposed by the Executive Board were approved
- The Student Union’s election document changes proposed by the working group and Melina Weckman were approved after a closed voting
Other matters:
-The Student Council congratulated Maisa Dyhr on her birthday
-The next meeting will be held 8.4
-Henna Konsti asked The Student Council to participate in a poll about the Teams meeting to improve its functionality for the next meeting
