Danske Bank – Technical Customer Service, Corporate

Are you interested in working with businesses and digitalization? Do you want to create excellent customer experiences? We are now looking for an advisor for Nordic District Support, a unit where we assist corporate customers with technical issues.

Your goal is to create a great customer experience
Nordic District Support is Danske Bank’s customer support unit for businesses, where banking specialists work across all Nordic countries. We answer questions related to the use of corporate digital services and resolve customers’ technical problems quickly and with a positive attitude.

We are looking for a new colleague for the Finnish team in Helsinki, where we support customers from countries beyond Finland. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for Swedish and Finnish customers. Depending on your language skills, you may also support other Nordic customers.

As an advisor, you contribute to creating positive customer experiences by assisting customers in their use of digital services. You will do this by guiding customers on questions related to the District online service and its mobile applications via phone and messaging. Through your work, you will get to know various businesses and their operations while learning more about banking services and digital solutions.

Language skills and problem-solving are required
You will be a great fit as an advisor with us if you have previous experience working in customer service or a contact center. For this role, you should be interested in and willing to learn technical topics. It is also important that you enjoy routines at work while thriving in a dynamic environment where the workload can change quickly.

We expect you to:

  • Engage in systematic customer work via phone and other customer channels
  • Be skilled at learning and using new computer programs
  • Speak Swedish, Finnish, and English

Previous work experience or education in the financial sector is also considered an advantage.
