help of hundreds of blood donors. The blood donated by volunteers helps over 50 000 patients a year. This help cannot be replaced by money or medicines. A small moment of your time can give someone else the rest of their life.  When? Anytime

Take part in the events to relieve stress and gain new insights that support your everyday life!  This year’s Wellness Weeks address wellness and well-being on more levels than ever before. In addition to the given areas of mental and physical well-being, attention will also be paid to e.g. financial, cultural and sexual wellness. The different areas will be addressed through events such as hangout with Francis the union dog, mindfulness painting, Unisport’s open doors, a panel discussion about sexual wellness and much more! 12:00 -16:00 1 October, 2022 ![]() Let’s get together to move for a good cause on the 1st of October! It is time for our annual Pinktober Charity Run, organized by SHS Sports Committee and HankBoobie, the breast cancer fundraiser.  The goal is to raise awareness of breast cancer and donate money to the Pink Ribbon. The event will take place on Saturday, 1st of October from 12-16 pm. As previously, it will be held at Töölönlahti, Helsinki. The route around Töölönlahti is about 2 kilometres, and you can run or walk as many rounds as you wish. So don’t hesitate to participate! All the money raised at the charity run will go straight to the Roosa Nauha -association, which is collecting funds for breast cancer research in Finland. By signing up for the event, you are free to donate whatever amount of money you are able to. Every single donation is important and appreciated. You could also challenge yourself to donate a certain amount per round you perform. Donate through this link:

| 6 - Panel Discussion about Sexual Wellness

The Wellness Week has expanded in comparison to previous years. In addition to physical and mental well-being, we are focusing on sexual well-being, in addition to e.g. financial and social wellness. What exactly is sexual well-being? How do you create a safe space for sexual and gender minorities? Why is good allyship important? Join the panel discussion to find out! The panellists include a variety of experts in sexual well-being, so you get to learn how you can promote your own well-being in the areas of sexuality. The panellists also share their personal experiences and professional tips on the matter. The panel is held live in the Assembly Hall at Hanken (festsalen) at 18:00 on Thursday 6.10.2022. Make sure life isn’t all about studies and remember to take care of your physical health as well.  UniSport is owned by University of Helsinki, Aalto University and Hanken and has six locations near campus areas: Helsinki City Centre, Porthania, Töölö, Kumpula, Meilahti, Otaniemi and Viikki. At UniSport you can exercise in a well-equipped and relaxed environment with super student-friendly prices. With the Training Card, you have access to 5 gyms, over 200 weekly group training classes, versatile ball sports groups as well as online training videos and Livestream classes. The first visit is always free for new customers! During the Wellness Week, UniSport offers a free visit for Hanken students at UniSport Kluuvi, Yliopistonkatu 4, on 6-7.10.2022! The visit includes the gym and if space is available, you can participate in group training class as well. Booking rights for group training is not included, but you can check the free spots from the website beforehand. UniSport Kluuvi is a modern sports centre with an 800-square-meters gym on three levels. Customer service is available at all hours and is happy to help. The time has finally come for us to have an unforgettable sitz (and silliz) together!After acing (?) all your exams during the week, we welcome you to an unforgettable weekend at Casa!  WHAT? A sitz is a dinner party, which involves a three-course meal and lots of singing, fun games, and competitions.  There is also going to be a silliz on the next day, starting at 12  WHEN? 22nd of October. Starting with mingling and a welcome drink at 7 PM. The sitz starts at 8 PM. Please be on time so that the sitz can start on time! The doors will close at 8 PM! Be on time!  WHERE? The sitz will take place at Casa. The address is Hietaniemenkatu 7A, but the entrance is on the other side of the building. THEME AND DRESS CODE? Any way but the right way.
You’re free to interpret that whichever way you want to. You can for example wear your pants as a shirt, shoes on your hands, or dress however you want to, as long as you don’t wear anything the way you’re supposed to wear it.   The afterparty is also held at Casa, so BYOB (bring your own beverages). We recommend bringing drinks in a separate bag, plastic or tote bag and we will store your drinks for you.
The afterparty will begin at 11 PM, and is open for all Hanken students (and plus-ones) TICKETS

18:30 -23:00 27 October, 2022 ![]() Hanken’s Masters’ Committee invites all Masters’ students of Hanken to the Legendary Party! Do you remember the all time favourite TikTok challenges such as toilet paper or curling with a can? Come and challenge yourself! You can participate by yourself or join forces with a friend, the best ones are rewarded. Or if you don’t wish to take part in the challenges, come and have a fun night out with MC and other master’s students! The spots for players are filled as first-come first-serve. The Legenda’s doors open at 18:30 and the main program starts at 19:30. The participation fee of 3 euros includes two beverages and applies to everyone no matter if you are participating in the competition as a player or a supporter. There is a limited number of spots for the party, so come in time!
