North European Oil Trade Oy (NEOT) is strengthening its team with a new Customer Service & HSEQ Coordinator!
In this versatile role, you will be responsible for various aspects of the logistics chain, such as customer service, to ensure the best possible reliability. At the heart of your tasks on the customer service side will be the management of contacts with carriers, marketing companies and terminals, both by phone and especially by email. Your duties will also include coordinating quality issues and complaints, processing and editing orders and invoicing. In addition, you will update and produce reporting on topics such as HSEQ and other team needs.
The content of the role varies from day to day and requires the ability to adapt to changing situations. We also expect you to be hands-on and independent in tackling demanding customer service situations. Although our working environment is fast-paced, the role also involves a lot of routine tasks that are recurring on a monthly basis, for example around invoicing. As well as being flexible, the role requires attention to detail and diligence, as it is a responsible role with a high impact on the entire supply chain. You will be supported by a team of four people, but you will also work closely with the logistics department and, of course, with NEOT’s partners.
The position is full-time and permanent. We would like you to start as soon as possible. Regular travel is not required, but for visits within Finland it would be good if you have a driving licence and possibly your own car. The successful candidate will also be subject to a security clearance and a background check, including a drugs test.

We hope you have:
- An appropriate degree, for example in chemical engineering, logistics or business
- Suitable previous experience in office work, for example in invoicing, order management or customer service
- Flexible and resilient attitude and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment to solve complex challenges
- Excel skills, e.g. creating new reports is natural for you
- Good Finnish and English language skills
We also value:
- A background in logistics, chemical engineering or the energy industry through studies and/or work
- Knowledge of Power BI
