The following matters were addressed at the meeting:

• Styrelsen chose a studentrepresentant to HGSE
• Styrelsen opened application to two studentpresentant till ENGAGE.EU Board of Learners
• Styrelsen chose studentrepresentant (ordinarie) to Institutionsrådet för redovisning och handelsrätt, representant from Vasa
• Styrelsen decided about projektbidrag to Lucia
• Styrelsen  decided about avskrivning av Casa 50 års budgetpost
• Styrelsen decided about användning av delar av SHS emblem

Other matters:

• The casa oven and elevator is again working

The meeting was closed at 11:19 by chairman Ruokonen

Activities:

Common

• Christmas party session in Stockholm with the new and old boards of SHS and SASSE and the old board of NHHS.
• Participated and invited Nordic guests to the Christmas party and zillis in Helsinki.

• Preparing for the Board’s Last Hurrah
• FSF johdon seminaari
• Prepared material for KPV shift
• KPV changeover
• Work on the badge and scholarship committee
• Participated in UniK meeting
• Attended SESS dinner
• Coordinated and participated in the meeting with the curator and the new board.
• Work on the recruitment of a substitute for the gensek.
• Four-man council meetings for CN, EC, IK and MC
• Coordination of the framework agreement with the principal’s assistant
• Shopped for Christmas gifts and bought a Barbie for my goddaughter
• Arranged a ride for my parents
• Eating mac n cheese
• Been on many shifts
• Worked too much because I’m lazy.
• Talked to my mommo about a new TV program
• Been at Frida’s and sat on the couch and eaten tacos

Axel Anderson

• Organised the last comfort bun of the year
• Been on a double date
• Attended Hanken’s DEI committee meeting
• Cleaned the house
• Cooked tortellini – yum!
• Had onboarding for my successor
• Dressed the Christmas tree at my parents’ house
• Christmas shopping in Stockholm
• Attended the UniK meeting
• Played and won a futsal match
• Played ice hockey #UJ-magic
• Donated blood
• Represented SHS at Muntra Musikanter’s Christmas concert.

Emilia Öfverström

• Organised and participated in a meeting with HUS on the onboarding of the language issue within SYL.
• Held onboarding with successor
• Attended a meeting with the Kurator
• Commented on Frida’s interview to Niord
• Participated in WSC e-mail meeting
• Done the same things as Mati (minus phone meeting with Sami)
• Panic packing in my apartment
• Eaten tapas at Bar Teo on Runebergsgatan (tip)
• Tried to do Advanced Excel without success
• Bought a Christmas present
• Emailed with course coordinator about extended deadline
• Did the Project management exam at 20.00 on Tuesday
• Fixed my Christmas nails at Nami nails at 20.40 on Tuesday

Frida Winberg

• Had dinner with Mirre and Alva (it was nice)
• Pay the rent guarantee to Lugano (it wasn’t nice)
• Attended Unisport johtokunta’s final meeting
• Gave an interview to niordbladet about student well-being.
• For about the first time this year I did some school work
• Had social affairs handover
• Attended the last Hankeiternas well-being group meeting
• Bought a totally banger Christmas present for my family (ask advice if you need to;))
• Hosted absolutely mega good zillis afterparty (we lay on the couch and slept)
• Attended Hanken’s DEI committee meeting

Pauliina Haarala

• Had corporate relations handover
• Meeting with Pippi and Ville about Annual BAll Invitations (whole MK gets invited yay)
• Participated in the meeting with inspector
• Received grade 5 in project management
• Desperately worked on advanced excel
• Bought Crazy Horse merch
• Done panic laundry and packing for last hurrah
• Been at the Kappahl office for the last time this year
• Dinner with my father ( we ate salmon, mmm)
• Tried a new cafe at Narinkatori (would go again bc I wanna try their serrano sandwich)

Rebecca Laaksonen

• Held 2st stysseonboardings
• Held a klubbonboarding
• Cleaned hela kämppän
• looked på en futsalmatch
• warmed upp sompasauna kl. 05.30 på söndag morgon
• got 5 i strategic management kursen
• Drunk Linie på en spontan företagsjulfest i Stockholm

Sami Multisilta

• Handover to matias monola
• Started the nyckelrumba
• Repsed at the julfest
• Watched walking dead
• Drank much vichy vichy osv
• written mail till bl.a kso

Matilda Eriksson

• Kept an eye on SHS Facebook
• Created new and helped with SHS users
• Published my last monday update (ever) on instagram
• Made and published material on shsmoments
• Updated the infoTV on the union :)
• Prepared the board’s last posts on IG 
• Repsat nice on the Christmas party drum
• Done the board’s homework 
• Sent mail
• Worked
• Got 8 credits from PM (!!!!) 
• Tried to find good Christmas movies to watch without result
• Telephone meeting with Sami (one call) 
• Wrapped Christmas presents
• Tried a new café at narinkkatori (totally ok could go again) 
• Packed for Last hurrah
