Depending on your interests we offer positions within the following business areas:
Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence
At Financial Due Diligence (FDD) you will be analysing companies’ value drivers to get a thorough understanding of the historical and projected financial performance. We support private equity firms and large corporate clients in their transactions to fully understand and maximise the value of the investment. Read more about FDD.
Valuation & Analytics
Valuation & Analytics work with a broad range of clients in private equity, corporates and the public sector, providing clients with support in business analysis and financial decisions. Our engagements include company valuations, financial modeling, incentive programs, financial arbitrations and other advanced financial analysis. Real Estate
Real Estate is market leading when it comes to property related transaction advisory. We offer services both within acquisitions advisory (DD) and sales advisory (M&A). Real Estate also has a strong position when it comes to strategic advisory, financial modeling and valuations. Read more about RE.
Mergers & Acquisitions
A career in our M&A practice, within PwC Corporate Finance, will provide you the opportunity to deliver innovative deal solutions to our clients, provide advice and support, from initiation through to deal completion. In short, we’re a part of helping companies across industries originate, create, execute, and realise value from deals. Through data driven insights we help our clients move in the right direction ensuring maximum value for their company. Our team focuses on playing the role of financial advisers in sell-side and buy-side transactions. Your role will include market and company analysis, preparing marketing material and pitches, as well as financial modeling and valuation. Read more about M&A.
What kind of people are we looking for?

Other qualities we value are communicative, creative and business oriented.
We are looking for applicants who have a Bachelor or Master’s degree (preferably) in business, finance, industrial economics or engineering. It is also meriting if you have worked up to 2 years at a reputable consulting firm, private equity company, management consultancy firm, investment bank or similar.
You are comfortable in written and verbal professional communication in both Swedish and English.
