Summary of the Executive Board’s meeting 31/2022

Meeting opened by chairman Winqvist at 10:04.
The following matters were addressed at the meeting:
- The board decided to give the new Secretary General banking-rights.
- Gave permission to NIORD to use SHS CRM system at Suomen Ekonomit
- Decided to hand out disciplinary measures.
Notification matters
- Stadirundan was organized for the first time
- Holmberg, Winqvist, and Sundell represented SHS at the Codex 80+2 anniversary party on 7.10.2022.
- Sundell and Winqvist represented SHS at TREY’s 4th anniversary party on 8.10.2022 in Tampere.
- Hungover in Helsinki was organized with exchange students from Helsinki, Vaasa and StudOrg. 8-9.10.2022
- Wellness week was organized 1-10.2022
- UKM visited Hanken in the banquet hall and the Board participated in the discussion.

-Organized the Stadirunda. Prepared practicalities with the participants’ materials, wristbands and cards, was in contact with, organizers from friend organizations, participants and fixed the after-party arrangement, meeting with ekonsek Anton for budget and bought prizes
-Furnished the stage and fixed technology for the wellness week’s panel discussion
-Meeting with discussion regarding internationalization
