Summary of the Executive Board’s meeting 42/2021

The following matters were addressed at the meeting:
- Decided on club grants for those who applied.
- Decided on the Covid-19 restrivtions from 9.2.2022. Fifth floor apartment, Legenda and the Sauna opens with full capacity and Casa with 50% (228 people)
Notification matters
- Havunta reports about the Lecturer of the Year. Voting has been extended until 9.2.
- Blomqvist reports that the Advocacy Committee applications has been extended until 13.2
- The Secretary General will be out of office between 14.2 – 3.3

- Meeting with Veera from ÅAS about cooperation
- Discussion about the annual party
- Planning of speeches
- Follow-up of financial management matters
Pia “Pippi” Blomqvist
- Collaboration discussion with Commu
- Advocates weekly meeting
- Creation of diplomas for retired SupportStudents
- Event planning for the Wellness Week
- Coordination of the acquisition of exercise equipment together with Hanken and Unisport

- Planning a coffee break with colleagues from TF

Hampus Nordin

William Sundell
- Updated stuff on the website
- Planned and done stuff for the virtual event with EY on the 15th of February

- Meeting with KY:s head of corporate relations
Selma Lumio
- Writing the implementation plan
- Had meetings with other student unions and associations about upcoming co-operation
- Handling club grant application

Ida Havunta
- Planned, prepared and published IG-material for presentations of the Education Committee’s student representatives.
- The information for the Education Committee and student representatives is updated on SHS-website.
- Participated in the planning of the upcoming Wellbeing Survey under the guidance of the Board’s beloved Sopo-Pippi.
- Presented UU at the SHS digital union fair.

Jennifer Holmberg
- Collaboration discussion with Commu

- Worked on the implementation plan
- Emailed the chair of the environment committee at ÅAS
- Been to Copenhagen 3.-7.2 and met students from CBS
Anton Mattsson
- Tour of the spaces with the presidents sub-committee
