Summary of the Executive Board’s meeting 2/2022

The following matters were addressed at the meeting:
- Decided on student representatives for Hankens Board of Appeal.
- Decided on new restrictions for the student union’s facilities.
- Decided on a proposal for an additional member of the SHS disciplinary committee. The proposal will be presented to the student council.
Notification matters:
- Board member Sundell announces that he unfortunately does not have the opportunity to attend next week’s meeting due to a regrettable double booking.

- Meeting with Annual Ball Committee about the Annual ball
- Last meeting for communication
- Helped student union members with different questions
- Introduced SHS to exchange students
- Participated in Canon meeting
- Participated in the scholarships meeting
Hampus Nordin
- Physical teaching from last year´s AM, more in depth.
- Meeting with GreenCups Nordic, ordered sustainable glasses for events.
- New Casa tables unpacked and broken chairs thrown away.
- Cleaning schedule completed for the spring 2022, schedule and instructions available at Kåren.
- Meeting with KSO regarding cooperation together with Emmi
- Meeting with the housing company
William Sundell
- Had meetings with several companies about cooperation with the Student Union during 2022 and about up-coming events
- Planned how the Business Committee should operate
- Re-organized and cleaned-up e.g. the BC:s Google Drive
- Had a meeting with the Sports Committee regarding their business collaborations
- Cleaned the student union’s fridges and exterminated a large amount of banana flies
Ida Havunta
- Planned and prepared material for the UU-training.
- Held the training for the Education Committee and the student representatives.
- Meeting with Jennifer and SSHV’s Tobias regarding educational affairs.
- Meetings with Hanken regarding educational affairs and the upcoming year.
- Participated in a meeting with the Annual Ball Committee regarding the annual ball 2022.
- Continued discussion and planning of the IBU’s activities together with Pippi and Jennifer.
- Meeting with Hanken Tennis Club.
Anton Mattsson
- Photographed the board
- Designed executive boards info-sheets
- Made new SHS-emails
- Collected material and sent out the first newsletter in english
- Acquainted myself with routines at the union office
Jennifer Holmberg
- Social media material for the county elections
- Further planning of the IBU operations
- Started writing the implementation plan
- Meeting with Ida and Tobias (SSHV)
- Kick-off coordinating with HOAS and WSC
Pippi Blomqvist
- Planning of implementation and proposals for action points for the implementation plan, creation of an electronic filing system and summary of information
- Examination of the equality policy document
- Reviewing, organizing and archiving files
- Meeting with Kylli, planning of the Support Hankeit activities, work with the implementation plan
- Planning meeting with SSHV about the Wellness Week
Selma Lumio
- Initiated communication about co-operation with diverse student unions and associations in Finland and also with our international friend schools
- Reviewed files and old material
- Planned and prepared upcoming individual meetings with committees
