The following matters were adressed at the meeting:

The following matters were addressed at the meeting:

  • The board decided that the Annual Party Committee may use SHS emblems in connection with SHS’s annual ball
  • The Board elected Selma Lumio (regular) and Pia Blomqvist (deputy) in Helsinki, and Tobias Holmberg (regular) and Frans Grönholm (deputy) in Vaasa as student representatives to SMG (Student Mobility Group)
  • The board granted a project grant of 40€ to Johannes Lövdahl regarding SSHV’s stödhankeiter.
  • The Board chose to postpone the matter of Nominating candidates for SHVS delegation to the next Board meeting.
  • The Board elected Pia Blomqvist as a member of Unisport’s delegation during the year 2022
  • The Board elected Pia Blomqvist as Chairman of the Hankeiternas välmåendegrup for the term of 1.1.2022 – 31.12.2022.
  • The Board elected Jennifer Holmberg as a representative within HOAS

The Executive Board’s activities:

Daniel Karlsson

  • Work regarding finding a new Curator for the student union
  • Work regarding the recruitment of a new Financial and Administrative Secretary
  • Planned and held schooling for next year’s Executive Board
  • Work regarding the business plan and budget for 2022
  • Participated in SYL’s seminar for the Leadership sector
  • Participated in SYL’s “Christmas Mulled Wine”-event
  • Written a final text for SSHV’s Nötte-magazine
  • Other administrative tasks and other correspondence


Alexandra Eriksson

  • FSHS prep meeting prior to board meeting
  • SoPo training, advocacy training, equality training + well-being training for the
  • new board


Daniel Hasselström

  • Planned upcoming events in the Student Union 
  • Have had meetings with several committees regarding their upcoming events this fall
  • Held a teaching for the new Executive Board
  • Coordinated project grant applications 
  • Planned the last Halarfest at Heidi’s for this fall
  • Been in contact with NHHS and Sasse and planned upcoming joint events


Sebastian Ståhlberg

Emilia Winqvist

  • Attended johdon semma
  • Had and participated in trainings
  • Represented at Enklaavis 30th anniversary
  • Attended the AR meeting
  • Participated in KPV vaihto
  • Helped with the website and G-suites

  • Fixed christmas cards


Emma Lindvall

  • Held schoolings for the Board 2022
  • Participated in SYL’s Christmas Glögg
  • Student Advocacy briefing
  • Arranged breakfast event with the Education Committee and Kylli

Emilia Donner

  • Held the last meeting for the Business Committee for 2021
  • Educated the new Head of Corporate Relations
  • Educated the Board of 2022 within corporate relations and GSuite + Slack
  • Held interviews for the Business Committee
  • General BC work
