Summary of the Executive Board’s meeting 36/2021

The following matters were addressed at the meeting:

  • Decided to approve studentrepresentative for SESS
  • Decided to make the position as hankeit of the quarter vacant
  • Decided to approve studentrepresentative for HGSE
  • Decided to approve special permit
  • Decided to approve permission for IB to get new products
  • Decided to approve studentrepresentative for the university council

Notification matters

  • Eriksson reports that the board has been in Vasa to celebrate SSHV Annual Ball 
  • Hasselström reports about the fackeltåg that has been arranged

  • Meeting with Hankens rector

Daniel Karlsson 

  • Participated in “Opiskelijoiden soihtokulkue” and held a speech on the steps of the Helsinki Cathedral
  • Participated in SHS Student Council’s evening session and presented the draft for the business plan and budget for 2022
  • Written a speech for “Opiskelijoiden soihtokulkue”
  • Written a speech for SSHV’s Solemn Confernment
  • Work in regards to the recruitment of a new “Ekonsek”
  • Meeting in regards to the recruitment of a Student Representative for the Direction at HGSE
  • Other administrative tasks and other correspondence

Emma Lindvall

  • Participated in Presidents’ Sub Committee meeting
  • Meeting with Hanken’s Disciplinary Committee
  • Prepared breakfast event with the Education Committee and Kylli
  • Made social media material
  • Prepared schoolings to next year’s executive board
  • Participated in the torchlight procession

Sebastian Ståhlberg

  • Testamente

Alexandra Eriksson

  • Participated in student torchlight processions
  • Meeting with Lydia (SSHV), Clara (SSHV) and Pia (SHS)

Daniel Hasselström

  • Fixed the President sub-committee meeting
  • Fixed the student’s independence torchlight parade on the 6.12.2021. 
  • Fixed the SHS Holiday Week
  • Arranged the second Halarkalas at Heidi’s this fall
  • Been in contact with NHHS and Sasse and planned upcoming joint events
  • Planned upcoming events in the Student Union 

Emilia Winqvist

  • Sent and made the newsletter
  • Attended the evening school
  • Answered questions to info@shs.fi
  • Made new G-suites users
  • Fixed on the website
  • Planned the board’s Christmas card
  • Maintained social media
  • Attended the president´’s sub committee meeting
  • Written on the testament

Emilia Donner

  • Had contact with company partners, e.g. Talenom, EY and Nordea
  • Had interviews with William Sundell
  • Planned the last BC meeting of the year
  • Been in contact with all BC members regarding continuing next year

Anton Nilsson

  • Coordination of bookings regarding recruitment
  • Dubbelcheckt the sound and light system after KSO just it and something went wrong
  • Booking cleaning.
  • Writing on the testament
  • Been in contact with the service company regarding emptying of broken tables and chairs
