Summary of Student Council meeting 08/2021
Place: Wednesday 5 PM – 7.45 PM
Time: The teachers’ lounge at Hanken in Helsinki, V106 at Hanken in Vaasa and SHS Student Council Teams
The meeting was opened by Student Council President Nicolina Massa at 17:05.
The following matters were addressed at the meeting:
- Nicole Gustafsson, Robin Eriksson and Jonatan Lång were chosen as tellers and protocol adjusters. Jennifer Holmberg was chosen as the writer of meeting minutes in Swedish and English. Fanny Hindsberg was chosen as secretary for the meeting.
- The Student Council elected Sinéad Obrey as the Secretary General for the Student Union
- The Executive Board presented the first draft of the Operational Plan for 2022
- The Executive Board presented the first draft of the budget for 2022
- The Student Council elected Anton Nilsson as student representative in the Disciplinary Committee
- The Student Council approved changes to the operational period of Masters’ Committee
- The Student Council approved changes to the SYL delegation
The Meeting was concluded 19:45 by President of the Student Council Nicolina Massa.
