Summary of the Executive Board’s meeting 24/2021

Attending:
Daniel Karlsson, Anton Nilsson, Alexandra Eriksson, Sebastian Ståhlberg, Emilia Donner,Emilia Winqvist,
The meeting was opened by Chairman Karlsson at 10:05 AM
The following matters were addressed at the meeting:
- Decided not to rent Casa to Prodeko ry on 15.10 since the Student Union will be using the space during that time. recovered files mac trash after restart
- Decided to take part in “Högskolan i rörelse”.
- An application will be opened for the position as regular student representative in The Department Council of Finance and Economics.
The Board members’ activities:
Daniel Karlsson
- Participated in the National Union of University Students in Finland’s (SYL) seminar for leaders.
- Held a meeting together with the Presidents for Teknologföreningen, Thorax and Codex.
- Administrative tasks during the time that the secretary general has been on vacation.
- Scheduled meeting with the student union’s contact person in the National Union of University Students in Finland.
- Meeting with the President for SSHV Robin Eriksson.
- Other meetings and other correspondence.
Emma Lindvall
- Coordinated student representatives before different meetings
- Worked on developing the Education Committee
- Kept on receiving complaints since Hanken has revised their Rules of procedure for studies and examination § 3, and working on introducing a transition period
- Planned schoolings in student advocacy for the Education Committee and committees
- Planned meeting 6/2021 for the Education Committee
- Planned and held a discussion between two students at the introduction days for freshmen at Hanken
- Work related to recruitment of student representatives
- Worked on the interviews for the position as student representative in the Board of Hanken
- Worked on writing more detailed corona guidelines for arranging events within the Student Union
Emilia Winqvist
Communication
- Sent out the newsletter
- Had meetings with committées about takeovers and the homepage
- Upheld the social media
- Been in touch with Hanken about different media errands
- Done reels for social media
Kommunikationsplan
- Had meetings about the plan and worked on different points in it
- Looked up different information for the plan
G-suites & archives
- Gone through old G-suites accounts
- Moved old information to the archives
- Made new SHS emails
- Changed passwords for G-suites accounts
- Looked into security problems
Other
- Helped with UU errands
- Fixed at the Student Union office to be welcoming
- Info boards at the office
- Helped with errands that has been sent info@shs.fi
Daniel Hasselström
- Participated in the SMG meeting
- Planned the upcoming events during the fall in consideration of the COVID-19 situation
- Have had meetings with several committees regarding there upcoming events
- Have had contacts with Heidi’s Bier Bar regarding possible joint events in the future
- Distributed school year decals
Emilia Donner
- Planned the overalls team
- Been in contact with Hanken regarding Hanken Network Day
- Been in contact with partners, e.g. Sponda, SEB, Handelsgillet, EY
- Planned the operations of the Business Committee
- Made Instagram reels
Anton Nilsson
Casa kitchen:
- Everything is installed and the last bills and budget follow-up with ekonsek booked.
- Procurement of items for the kitchen via IKEA begins.
SHS – Lounge:
- Had a meeting with UPM regarding sponsorship of one pods
- The furniture for the pods is procured
General FU things:
- Ordered cleaning equipment for the semester
- Been in contact with the security company
- Coordinate bookings of spaces and lending of materials.
- Distributed kårkeys to new people
Helped with other things:
- Worked with communication plan
- Helped with G-suits
Alexandra Eriksson
- Been in contact with Fanny Hinsberg from Hanken, Marika from Uniport and Lydia from SSHV regarding “Högskolan i rörelse”
- Meeting regarding the autumn activities with Matti Tujula from Hoas
